Paint
June Bug: Cat Mom and Cat Dad are painting inside the house.
This is me in front of the new paint.
It’s a light pistacchio even though it looks blue in this photo.
Zoey: They’ve had white/cream walls forever
and decided to go colorful this time around.
I’m liking the color choice.
Emmett: It’s a good thing they decided to paint
BEFORE putting in the new flooring,
they spend most of their painting time running after cats
and cleaning pistacchio green off of their paws,
it’s fun to watch – MOL!
Cat Mom: We’re very thankful we chose a paint that comes off of cat paws with water,
can you imagine if we had to use paint thinner!

Oh, boy, thank heaven it’s water-cleanable! And the color is wonderful and soothing and peaceful…good choice. So which kitty looked best with pistacchio paws, haha? Goes well with black, I think.

This is very interesting! How did I get to Catscue? I am JUNE, and often I am called June Bug. And that does look like ME … like me, myself and I. Have I been cloned? Or as your my sis-fur? June, oh June, wherefore art thou, the real June ……………………

The Hubby is currently painting the outside of our house, and caulking windows too.
Hopefully, he’ll have some momentum to touch up paint on the inside of the house afterward!
Our old house is flaking everywhere, so he’s using extra sticky paint, which would NOT be good for kitty clean-up.

Love that soothing color! It’s a good thing it washes off with water.

YOur new paint is very pretty, on the walls, not on the paws. Y’all really are looking fabulous. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

I love the color of the new paint, it looks like it will enhance the gorgeousness of the kitties very well!

When we had our little upstairs spot painted we had to live in Dads office down here for a week. It was tough but the only way. Then when we moved down here Dad and his pal had already done it so it worked out. We like your new paint and hope the floors go well too

Never thought about cats getting into wall paint, but I have not tried painting inside yet. Thanks for the heads up!

Just don’t get too close to those painted walls when they’re wet. The mom painted a door here and I brushed up against it when she wasn’t looking and I got white paint on my tail! ~Ernie

I love the color!

Thank goodness acrylic paint is so much better these days! We LOVE green and Mom wanted to paint the cupboards that colour, but our human brother argued for a pale blue.. We have left quite a few white prints in various locations too!

Yeah, no- paint thinner on cats wouldn’t be good! At least the water based paint comes off pretty easily, right?

What a beautiful color. I love the names of Paint.
We have a mauve mist in the master and guest baths…we really like it too. It is very, very, very light lavender.

That is a nice color! Glad it comes off with water, with all your kitties “helping” with the painting. 🙂
