Extraordinary Fall
We’re so thankful that Fall is really here! The extraordinary colors of fall leaves just sends us over the moon!
Isn’t it extraordinary that our sage is still blooming!
.
We’re thankful for our little Elf who is growing up healthy and happy – with his extraordinarily long arms/legs!
.
We’re thankful and a little amazed at his, you guessed it, extraordinarily long tail!
.
We’re thankful for our sweet Koala’s toe beans and extraordinary tufted paws!
.
We’re thankful for our darling June Bug’s curly-tailed napping pose, extraordinary!
.
We adopted Simon when he was 5, he had been returned to the shelter twice for behavior problems. When we brought him home, he went immediately into attack mode, it was a rough beginning. We’re thankful for his extraordinary change in behavior – he is now he is our sweet old Tiger-boy, a real love monster – just goes to show what some love and patience can do for an unwanted and very angry cat!
All of our extraordinary furbabies bring so much love, laughter and fun into our home, we are thankful for every day we have with them!
Okay, enough of the extraordinaries and exclamation points …
What are you thankful for on this Thankful Thursday?

The Island Cats
We had like one week of fall…then winter arrived!

Oh man, I wish I could get a little more Fall here… it’s been so cold and snowy. I am happy for the sunshine this morning and that the snow from earlier this week has melted with the (slightly) warmer temperatures though.
Happy and thankful for all your kitties and that Simon is such a love monster now 🙂

Your cats are all so photogenic and you take such lovely pictures of them. My dogs and cat hide when they see a camera.
Simon must be so rewarding for you.
Eastside Cats
All of our autumn colors were covered by inches of snow…and it’s snowing again RIGHT NOW!
Why was Simon so angry, and what did you do to help him recover?
That wee Elf is a favorite of mine, considering we have Manny and Chili Bruce…two long legged, long-tailioed black cats!
Cat Mom
All we did was show Simon we loved him, we would never take him back to the shelter and that there was plenty of food for him, no need for fighting.

Beautiful autumn colors. So warm and inviting.
I’m glad you gave Simon a chance. Good for you.

Your fall was sure pretty, lots prettier than ours. Your kitties are adorable too and that was a fabulous job with dear Simon, bravo. Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

simply gorgeous and the kitties are too!!! Our Fall wasn’t as vibrant as usual, then we got hit with EARLY snow (5 inches!) and our poor maple has all of its leaves in full color……covered in snow 🙁

Very beautiful leaves on the trees. Somehow “Extraordinary Fall” first had me expecting some kind of accident! Glad I was wrong! Have a good weekend. That is a lovely cat family you have!

Such beautiful fall days, and your cats are lovely in their various poses.
Simon, i am so glad for you. We remember how Tripod SissyCat came to us with a rude nickname because she was such a mean cat. Once she realized she was finally home, she is full of love and snuggles. Everyone wants a certain place that won’t keep changing, where the love is steady.

Wonderful thankful list. I am glad Simon calmed down with your love.
Three Chatty Cats
Those are beautiful colors! Sounds like Simon ended up in the right house with you.
